The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option, so that you can make the best choice for you and your smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.

Payment in Full
We offer a bookkeeping courtesy for prepayment of the treatment fee.  There is a 5% courtesy for check or cash payment. This reduction does not include the amount of insurance.

Payment Plan
Interest-free monthly payments may be arranged with a nominal down payment. Payments may be extended throughout the length of the treatment plan. The balance must be paid in full prior to the removal of braces.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you are making a cash payment, please have the exact amount of your payment.

Insurance
Insurance is a contract between your employer and your dental carrier.  Benefits are based on the terms of that contract. Maximums and co-pays vary significantly from one employer to another. We urge you to become familiar with your plan and any limitations of the benefits provided.

Orthodontic insurance differs from traditional dental insurance. The benefit is a “lifetime benefit,” meaning it is paid only once in a patient’s lifetime. An orthodontic benefit rarely renews annually. Orthodontic benefits are issued in monthly or quarterly payments over the duration of the patient’s treatment, not in one large payout. Therefore, it is important to notify our office of any changes or termination in your policy. As a courtesy, our office does accept assignment of benefits and will complete and submit your claims for you. Please be aware that you are ultimately responsible for any unpaid benefits.

Our office does not currently accept any government funded insurance companies, such as Medicaid, Buckeye, Caresource or Molina. Any treatment rendered in our office would be self-pay, with the option of setting up financial arrangements around your care.
